These terms govern your use of royalevening.com and your attendance at events organized by Royal Evening Events Inc. (Business Number 784512396), Suite 402, 128 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, ON M5H 1P6. By using the site or registering for an event, you agree to them.
1. Who We Are
Royal Evening is an event organizer. We produce elegant occasions — galas, supper clubs, rooftop soirées, garden parties, corporate receptions and private celebrations — and casino-themed entertainment evenings for corporate and private clients. Our casino-themed events are an entertainment service using symbolic chips and hosted scoring: they involve no real-money play, no prizes of monetary value, and are not gambling.
2. Registrations and Tickets
- A registration is confirmed once we email you a confirmation. Some events are free; paid events state the price in Canadian dollars (CAD), including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Tickets are personal but transferable — email us before the event to change the attendee name.
- Private and corporate bookings are governed by an individual written quote and agreement, which prevails over these terms where they differ.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel a paid registration up to 7 days before the event for a full refund.
- Within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable but remain transferable.
- If we cancel or materially reschedule an event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the new date.
4. Event Conduct
- Be respectful. Harassment, discrimination or unsafe behaviour leads to removal without refund.
- Follow venue rules and staff instructions, including dress codes and age requirements where posted (our casino-themed evenings are 18+).
- We may photograph and film events for our gallery and announcements. If you prefer not to appear in published photos, tell our staff at check-in or email us and we will accommodate you.
5. Personal Property
Personal belongings remain your responsibility. We provide staffed coat check at our evening events but are not liable for loss or damage to personal property except where caused by our negligence.
6. Website Use
- Content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Royal Evening Events Inc. or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission.
- We aim for accuracy but event details may change; the latest information is always on the event page or in your confirmation email.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an event is limited to the amount you paid for your registration.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy in accordance with PIPEDA.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Disputes are subject to the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
